Text of Complaint by Vikram Thorat:

All of sudden my sim stop showing network so I called customer care they asked me to visit Airtel store nearby and get the new SIM card at cost of Rs 25 , so I visited the store submitted all required documents and then they ask me for Rs 150 , so I questioned them and asked to cross check with customer care but the behaviour of the executive lady was pathetic and very arrogant first she asked us to get out of store and denied to give the service when customer care executives wanted to talk with the person she denied to talk … I am a software professional working from home at my place I only have this sim card  as connectivity option I lost whole working day

and now I have to travel to big city to get this done
