I ordered two sarees from Joodeal’s Facebook portal where I received message from the seller. Both the sarees costed me Rs.3350. When I received the item I found the material to be very cheap and not as per the promised quality, infact it was supposed to be silk which it wasn’t in reality when delivered. I tried to contact the seller about receiving the wrong faulty item but he blocked me straightaway. Kindly look into this matter as these frauds are consistently making poor housewives their target through social platforms and easily getaway with it everytime. I can say so because I found many complaints about the company by other women too. Moreover one of my friends too faced the similar issue from the ordered product. This issues seeks attention from the consumer courts to protect other innocent customers from falling prey to such online sellers.
