Yesterday we have ordered Mutton Hyderabadi biriyani with other foods from Biriyani by Kilo, Patna branch.
My order Number is LTFYQRLD7NWB.
We found the biriyani was burnt. There was burning smell from the biriyani. We couldn’t consume it. The experience was extremely unsatisfactory.
After that we have made complaint, we have shared the pictures but no proper action taken by them. We have talked with customer care, we got call from branch.
Now after several calls, the customer executive offered me 20% discount on my next order. But I am not accepting this offer. Your offer is not acceptable. Yesterday’s they have ruined my lunch.
If they are providing this kind of service, then why should we buy from you.
Your food quality, customer service are pathetic, not at all good comparing to their price. Sad. Not at all recommended.
I want a proper justification,
