Text of Complaint by Rahul sharma:

I ordered a broken samsung A50 display from xparts.in which I received on 11th September. I raised a complaint to them and asked for refund . First they agreed to pay 75 percent of money over email then they denied by saying ” first you go learn English, that’s not what was written on email ” and said they would only pay me 50 percent . After communication , I agree to their request of re sending a new display and they promised me to deliver the product by 6th October. I email them many times they then said on 11th October that they would send me a product on 12th October. It’s 28th October today and I have received a email from them that they would courier the product on 30th October. From 11th September to 28 October I have given them so many days. I request you kindly ask the company to refund my money and also taken action against such company who harass their customers . My order ID was 68332.
