My name is Sourabh Kumar. this incident is about a T-shirt I ordered from ajio.com.
I placed my order at ajio.com by prepaid on 16 Jul 2022 with orderID-FNBB76208014.
this order included few more items, all of them dispatched from different warehouses.
it included a off-white DNMX t-shirt which I received on 19 July.
first after opening the package I found out the tags ring was intact but there were no tags(mrp or branding) seems like seller attached brand new tags ring on purpose and second there were some blood drop stains around neck. am attaching photo to help you understand.
first issue is acceptable because we are not buying it for sale but second one is not acceptable in any condition.
a brand new t-shirt with blood stain, no one will keep it.
so I informed ajio customer care about same to let them know if I place a return they should accept it but they replied by saying there is no scope for return without tags which I already mentioned I never received any.
And now they are refusing to return/exchange.
I have seen many more complaints against ajio for same tag missing problems. raised by only those people who received defective items.

Tracking ID 299050192.
first- all the tags are missing(the first thing anyone notices after opening the package) from the parcel.
second- there are some kind of blood drop stains around the neck.
the first issue is acceptable but second it’s intolerable.
In this email I am just reporting what I received.
I have more items on the way once I receive all the items I’ll request return/exchange for applicable items.

We have reviewed your return request. Unfortunately products with detached Price Tags are categorized as non-returnable products. Since Product without tags doesn’t meet our current criteria of return, a return cannot be processed.

Have you even read the email I sent?
I said, I received it without all the tags(what will I do with all of the useless tags). I am not telling you to review my return request.
I was informing you about a mistake that’s been done from your side, not my.
Where is ajio business ethics?
Ask your seller about the same, that he/she dispatched it without tags and now wants to trade a defective item.
It’s not a good business practice, so many complaints have been filed against ajio for same concern past pandemic on consumer forum portal.
I hope you’ll try your best to solve this issue, created by seller.
