Text of Complaint by Renuka Verma:

I had ordered an product from Amazon on 15.08.2022 and got the delivery on 21.08.2022. after opening the package I found this product quality is very poor and cheap. So requested for return immediately and Amazon support team told to wait 72 waits then they will resolve the issue. After 72 hours when I called they are disconnecting the call and not responding properly. After several calls one executive member responded and he was telling product can not be returned. He was telling call and contact brand not to us. I have a question why should I contact brand when I had ordered from Amazon.
I want refund of money .
