Received an SMS mentioning the OTP and out for delivery but no one appeared for the delivery

Text of Complaint by Aditi Sengupta:

Hi, my name is Aditi Sengupta; I placed a prepaid order for a product on 24th November 2022 in Meesho. The order tracking id is E1669351528013598RS, provided by ElasticRun for the delivery of the above-mentioned product mentioning the delivery date on 2nd December 2022. I have received an SMS mentioning the product is out for delivery with an OTP on 2nd December 2022. But no one appears at my address for the delivery, and I have not gotten any call also. There was no phone number mentioned in the SMS so that I can contact the person. When I checked my Meesho account for the particular product, there was no ‘cancel’ button, showing ‘return and exchange’ only. How can I return a product that I have not received yet? It’s been three days continuously since I am calling to the customer care services of Meesho, but they are not helping me with this. I can’t call ElasticRun as there is no customer care services number provided for Kolkata, so I sent an email to them at contactus@elastic.run, but have not received any reply. I am providing every detail like the status of my product, out for delivery SMS, and email to the ElasticRun. Please help me with this.
