Ordered Hammer Vibe headphones from Myntra on 9th June, 2025 which was delivered on 14th June, 2025. To my surprise when I opened the package there was just a charging cable and warranty registration and no headphones. I reported this to Myntra by calling them and raised a complaint. They responded on 18th June saying the product passed all quality checks and they do not find any lapses on their side and the product was delivered and closed the complaint. The. I raised a grievance at National Consumer helpline on 18th and Myntra replied on 21st June with the same message. I did not get any refund or replacement.

They do not want to acknowledge that there exists some problem in their delivery chain with the logistics partner.

My recommendation would be to be very cautious and refrain from ordering from Myntra till they fix this problem in their delivery chain. They can implement the same process as flipkart of Open box delivery and that might resolve the issue.
