On 13th March I ordered a laptop RAM worth 5550/-. I received the package in a brown letter cover type packaging with plastic wrap filled in it. I contacted back amazon regarding this, they said allow us 5 days of time to investigate. I received 2 calls regarding the inquiry and then no response. I called back amazon they said it was delivered intact, and can’t help you out. I am also not denying that the package was not intact but the item was missing. I got over social media they stopped responding there also and then I again called back on 20th march and they said give us 5 days. They didn’t asked for any photograph to investigate, they just investigated without any proof and came to a resolution for not providing any further support. Also in an ongoing call they disconnect the call intentionally, because there is no callback received from their side.
