I am writing to inform you about a highly disappointing experience I had with my recent order of Mivi DUOPODS A25 through the CRED App shopping section. Unfortunately, upon receiving the package, I discovered that the box was completely empty. To provide some context, I had placed an order for the MIVI DUOPODS A25 on Oct 12, 2023 and the package was delivered on Oct 16, 2023 via Ecom Express “AWB 410004054738”, delivery boy contact number 9582169146 he is not answering my calls. Since I was unable to personally receive the package, it was handed over to our office boy, who failed to notice the discrepancy and handed me the empty box when I opened it. As a loyal customer of CRED and someone who highly values the quality of products I purchase, this incident has left me extremely dissatisfied. It is disheartening to receive an empty package after eagerly waiting for the arrival of the MIVI DUOPODS A25. I kindly request that you take immediate action to rectify this matter. I would appreciate a replacement for the MIVI DUOPODS A25 that were missing from my order. Additionally, I would appreciate a clear explanation for how such a mistake could have occurred in the first place. I have attached the necessary order details and photographs of the empty box for your reference. I hope that you will address this issue promptly and provide a satisfactory resolution. If necessary, I am open to discussing this matter further to ensure a fair and timely resolution. I believe in the quality and reliability of CRED and Ecom Express Limited as a platform, and I hope this incident can be resolved in a manner that reinstates my faith in your service.
