I ordered a Daniel Wellington watch on 7 August 2020 from Amazon and I received a parcel on 12 August 2020 but in that parcel I received a empty box I didn’t received a Daniel Wellington watch in the box.

I request you to follow up the matter so that I receive my watch because I had paid for it. it’s a huge loss for the customer if this kind of situation are happened . I request you to look into the matter.
