On June 23,Tuesday,2020, I ordered an electronic product from an online website from Facebook. It was a truly wireless headphones and earbuds combo with extra bass of the brand Sony.
The product given in the details was exactly a Sony’s product.The payment method was cash on delivery,and Refund policy was available.
But the product I received was not at all the product I ordered,nor the brand was correct. All I received was a low quality product of JBL brand.It was a wired headphone and there was no earbuds.
I have sent mails to this online shop,but we didn’t get any respond from them.We don’t know whether they gave this product purposely or by mistake,whatever it may be I request that I wanted the refund of this product.
