Text of Complaint by Nikhil:

I have ordered a earphones . And i recived the different one . So, i complaint the amazon then they say they pls give them a pic of it .. then i give the received item picture then they say your query will transfer for investigation. Pls wait for 3 days . After 3days when i contacted the amazon … They say me they will provide replacement only .. i say btt i have to buy earlier. So they arrange a pickup for this .and next day delivery boy pickup the item .. but after 5-6 days still i don’t received my money so, they say your issue transfer for investigation pls wait . After 5 days i contacted again then they says your investigation failed and we can’t give you your money …

They also picked up the item and also not returning the money
