I am writing this to bring to your notice that I ordered MI 33W sonic charger on 06-AUG-2023 from amazon and got the package delivered on 08-AUG-2023. Package i received was without sealed On opening the package it was an empty.
I called amazon customer care within 2 mins after delivery to register a complaint about this incident and the staff said 5 days investigation will go on and to contact them back on 20-AUG-2823
I was not contacted by anyone during the investigation process. And they didn’t mail during and after the investigation complete time. On 28-AUG-2023 I contacted them and they said investigation was done and it was found that the item was delivered intact, but this is not true i got the delivery but the box was empty main product i.e charger and charging cable both was missing.
I have been using Amazon for almost 10years have ordered more expensive items than this one like mobile phones. I was also a prime customer from a long time. I have never faced such issue and this is the first time. I am not sure how to proceed further from here since the item was in-fact missing
