My order number is OD435574921374936100.
I received this sweater on 5th Oct, but since I was out of station, I couldn’t check it within the return window. Now that I’ve started using it, the quality is extremely poor; it sheds lint constantly and is ruining my other clothes. This is clearly a manufacturing defect. I request you to make an exception and process a return or replacement for this faulty product.”
