I ordered salwar suit from https://nuraalane.shop but received old cloth torn piece from them via XpressBess courier for that i paid Rs. 868 via UPI. it is totally fake site and fraudster are running this business via COD mode of payment and assign XpressBess to collect payment. I am here by requesting to consider issue is serious note of concern for consumer in this digital era and take possible action against them and refund all payment of invalid or incomplete order.
After getting delivery and got to know as about this raised concern to courier partner but they are not ready to help on this by giving excuse as they are are only delivery the product without knowing inside of product and also not ready to provide any details of seller as seller don’t have any contact number in their incomplete web site.
