I am legal adviser SUNIL GUPTA.
I am calling from legal department you taken the work from CONTROLBIT SERVICES you received 1200 forms but you didn’t complete your work as per rules already told you if your work is not complete then you have to pay admin charges 3749 and if you want cancel then you call to helpline or mail and pay cancellation charges within 24 hours if you will not pay then your agreement is consider as continue and complete your 1200 forms if your work is not complete then you have to pay admin charges 3749…
if you didn’t pay 3749 then we take legal action against you and once you receive a legal notice or FIR copy then you have to pay 15000 to 20000 in court so pay the charges and close this case ASAP…
As you have denied to close the case by paying the portal and maintenance charges according to the contract which was signed by you. We have to proceed legally and your case will be filed in DELHI district court. You will be charged under sec 73,74 and 75 as per the Indian contract act you need to pay admin charges + notice charges above than 35000rs
