I ordered a 30000 mobile phone online (amazon) with mode of payment cash on delivery. On the day of delivery at 9 in the morning a fake delivery boy came to my home gave me a parcel with same tracking id my name address and phone number on it . On opening it had a wodden block .i made a opening video .The parcel was not marked as delivered on the app therefore i contacted the company that said if the tracking id was same as in app the parcel identity leak was their problem and they will pay back my money . But today after 15 days they refused to refund
