Text of Complaint by Manisha Singh:

I had ordered a Godrej split AC from Amazon and received it on 22nd May 2023. After one month of use the cooling reduced and after multiple complaints a service centre executive did visit and told us that the gas in outdoor unit is less and refilled and told that it will be fine. The next day itself the AC stopped working all together and then after endless complaints they came and did some makeshift work to make it work for the time being. After that complaint the AC started dripping water from the indoor unit and after making continuous calls to the customer care and service centre they sent a senior executive which stated that nothing is wrong with the AC and everything is fine and water is dripping due the moisture in the air(in the month of dry air may). But even after multiple attempts they did nothing and just told us to wait for the next season to come and see how it works. In 2024 when we started using our AC again, it started dripping water and the even the cooling was reduced. We then again did multiple complaints to the company to replace our product as we had to refill the gas in the warranty period twice already and something is wrong with our product. When I warned them of filing a case in consumer court, they sent a a senior executive which said that something is wrong with the product but I have repaired it and refilled the compressor gas again and were playing the blame shifting game on the previous executive and I don’t need to worry about it. And after 3 weeks from the last repair it has again started to give less cooling and the service centre executives are just delaying the visit so as to let the time pass and we are through with the warranty period.
We have just requested to work on the complaint, if they can repair it then do so, but since they aren’t able to repair the product I request them to replace our product as soon as possible as I find that it is beyond repair now.
