This is regarding an order placed on Krivatory.com on 11th March 2021(Order# SSK10909. The product ordered was titled as ‘New Stylish Suits For Sale’. Today (on 22nd March), the product got delivered and instead of a new dress I received an old, used and torn set of dresses. I am unable to reach on the contact numbers provided in the website nor on the number printed on the package (9319092830, 9319092833). Request you to kindly address my concern and take appropriate action on the team who is behind this and fooling the people around. Please check if there is a way I can get the money refunded and return the product back to the group.
