Hi .. i purchased a jbl charge 3 bluetooth speaker via COD. And the parcel also got promptly delivered for which i honoured the COD. But to my shock when i opened the package all i cud see was some sub standard speaker of some unknown make. Tried reaching them over the phone but the call gets disconnected after a single ring. They are not replying to my mails too. I don’t know what next shud i do..
