I ordered a Titan chronograph watch worth rs7495 for flipkart and received it on 4th of June and after opening the box inside was a box of watch no Titan was written anywhere and inside there was a completely different , damaged, fake, and it even weights lighter than a 10rs coin . I have raised multiple refund request but they are again and again rejecting my request and when I call them they say my id is not valid and it’s not possible but still I even sent another of my family members id to get a response but now it is again rejected. They don’t have any intention to refund my money. Please help me out
