Name of the Company – Flipkart Product- Watch and Band Order no.- OD122017413733555000, OD122018432264812000 Date of purchase- 10.6.2021, 10.6.2021 Amount paid – 599/-, 899/- Reg mobile no – 7417547813 Reg email id- devgargji@gmail.com Present status – He ordered a Watch and band which he received on 13.6.2021 but he received defective product. His account was blocked by the company on the same date of delivery. He contacted the company but they were saying that the return was high so they can not activate his account. Expected- He wants the company to provide the resolution on his complaint as soon as possible.
