I ordered a Fossil ME3140 Grant Sport watch (Worth Rs.10, 200) on 16th of October 2020, and received the product on 24th of the same month. But only after unpacking, I realized that I was being fooled by Flipkart, by providing me with a dummy watch instead of what I ordered. I tried contacting every customer care of Flipkart, through phone, Facebook, Twitter! All of them told me to wait and they’ll resolve the issue.
It’s been almost a month now and none of them has resolved my issue.
And in fact, what they claim is that I cannot return the product now as the product was delivered intact. Of course, it was delivered intact, but what I received was a dummy watch. I really need my money back!
