I had placed an order for boot cut jeans wherein a filthy used and torn jegging was delivered. When I had raised a complaint about the same Ajio says our back end confirms that product is intact. Pick up agent doesn’t pick the product neither Ajio takes appropriate action. Why they are forcing such products on customers. Its so terrible dealing with customer care. Pls insist for return and also open package delivery from Ajio so that customer can also check and reject at the time of delivery and avoid such troublesome incidents.
