Text of Complaint by NARSINGH SIKARWAR:

I ORDERED A REALME BUDS WIRELESS 2 EARPHONE BY FLIPKART , AND I received THAT PARCEL ON 2ND OF JULY. WHEN I OPEN THAT PRODUCT AND PAIRED TO MY PHONE, ONE OF THE SIDE IS NOT WORKING IN THAT EARPHONE. I RAISED A COMPLAINT IN FLIPKART THEY ASKED ME TO REQUEST A CALL BACK. I REQUESTED CALL BACK BUT THEY DID NOT CALL ME BACK FOR TWO DAYS, AFTER TWO DAYS I MANAGE TO FIND THEIR NUMBER ON INTERNET AND I CALL THEM BY MY SIDE FOR MY CONCERN. I TOLD THEM THAT I FACING THIS ISSUE AND I M TRYING TO CONTACT THEM FOR AROUND 4-5 DAYS, AND I M FADED OF THEIR SERVICE, THEY ARE ASSUMING CX AS A FOOL.
I WANT A STRICT ACTION AGAINST FLIPKART, AND I WANT MY REFUND FROM FLIPKART.
