Have received defective TV from Amazon, my return date was on 15th of September. The technician was supposed to come on 10th of September he came on 13th of September. As. was waiting for the technician to come and check. when I came to know through the technician that the setting is proper there is a fault in the TV only. then iI login to Amazon to get the TV return that time I came got a message that the return window is closed where earlier the return date was till 15th of September. after that the picture quality got worst. I happen to contact Amazon again on 3rd of October I had a word with the customer care person he very well convinced me that he will see that your issue s solved and as per his instructions he told me to schedule a visit of the technician. on 3rd I got a slot available of 22nd October that is today that the technician will be coming and checking the issue but today the technician dint turn back and again I have to schedule it for another date.
