I have ordered a Fireboltt Dagger Smartwatch on the launch day from Amazon. But I received a different duplicate product with some other brand name and the product was defective. I made the replacement option and raised the issue on the day of delivery. I have sent all the images and notes they asked and it took days to tell me they can’t proceed with any further action.
