Hi. I have ordered a suit from a random website shown on Instagram but they delivered a defective black saree and that too is also torn from various places. I regularly mailed them also mailed the image of the product I received but first they told me that they will provide pick up but after that nobody picked the product and also they are not replying. I am mentally frustrated by continuously making complaints in consumer forum also but received no action.
