I ordered iphone 13 from flipkart on bigbilliondays on 22 Sep and it was delivered to me on 23rd of September. Firstly when I asked for open delivery, the delivery boy refused to open it and he told me that even if the product is damaged , I’ll not accept it.
So I took the package and recorded a video while unboxing it and I found that the phone had scratches. I immediately requested a return for the same.
It was told to me that it will be resolved within 72 hrs but it has been a week and I am not getting any response from their side.
I also tried mailing them, but no response yet
They rejected my return request today without any reason and when I called customer care, they initiated a new return request and asked me to wait till 12 October.
I have the proofs of unboxing video also.
