I ordered a mixer grinder from flipkart. I received a damaged product. I requested for a replacement but it was rejected without giving any reason.

My order ID is OD224859245112166000.
I filed a complaint t again. Received two calls from flipkart executives but they disconnected mid way during the call. Again requested for a call back but no one called. However they updated the status as unable to connect. No resolution in sight.

When I paid for my purchase in full why should I accept a damaged product.
