Received a damaged mattress from Flipkart but filpkart can’t help me I’m facing problem from 3 months

Text of Complaint by Anjanikant Mehta:

I’m ordering matters from filpcart but filpcart send me damaged product. When I started returning then return is cancelled again and by filpcart courier service provider. Return was cancelled 6 times. When I complaint to filpcart customer support then we told that please wait for 24 to 48 hrs . From 13 may but there is not completed 24 to 48. Filpcart can’t help me.
