This is in regards to my Initial Order# 404-3917275-0223558 (Samsung Galaxy M51) which was the damaged/defective product I have received.
I have requested for replacement of this Product for which Amazon has approved the hand to hand replacement with order# 408-6995946-7385931.
Now, the replacement product has arrived Yesterday (12th Nov 8:00 AM) and the delivery Agent has denied for delivery of the product saying he don’t have any such note for Hand to Hand replacement from Amazon, so he can’t deliver the Product and he went back.
I called Amazon customer care at the same time, and customer care executive also talked to delivery Agent and then also he did not deliver the product and he went back.
Then, I called again customer care 2-3 times yesterday to make sure, I get the product on (12th Nov) maybe in 2nd half till 9PM. And customer care guy promised me that the product will get deliver to me yesterday itself. But unfortunately, it did not happen.
Now, again today (13th Nov), I got a SMS saying the Product is out for Delivery and I was waiting for the Product very desperately, but the delivery Agent cheated me (Huge Mistake from His Side).
He gave me a Miss Call on Mobile and disconnected the call. And updated the Tracker saying “Delivery Attempted” whereas he did not come to my place to deliver the product. And in return when I called him for 10-15 times, he just disconnected the call and did not talked to me.
This is an absolute case of cheating the customer.
Summary,
Initial Product Ordered on 3rd Nov (ORDER # 404-3917275-0223558)
Replacement Product Ordered and approved on 10th Nov (ORDER # 408-6995946-7385931)
Delivery agent refused to deliver the Product on 12th Nov 8:00 AM IST
He was asked to re-deliver the product on (13th Nov) and he did not come to my house and updated the Tracker with false statement saying “Delivery Attempted”. (Big Mistake from his side and it’s an absolute cheating with Prime Customer)
This is a long story of 11 Days now, where I was mentally tortured and Harassed by Amazon and Amazon Delivery Agents. Which I need to escalate to the Highest Level in Amazon and in this Consumer Forum, so the Amazon Management should know that at the base Level, how Customers are getting cheated.
I have now asked by the Amazon Customer Care to cancel the Order/Delivery and now the product is returning to Seller.
IMP Points:
1) I need a Refund of my Product ASAP in my account. Refund amount should not be any less than the original cost of Product i.e MRP. 28,999/- RS
2) I need a compensation for this mental torture and Harassment happen with me, because of Amazon Delivery Agent.
3) I need Amazon to take Action against the Delivery Team, because of which I have faced lot of Issues and Mental Harassment.
