Text of Complaint by Vishnu:

I received a damage product Springtek Mattress on 23/01/2024 through Ecom Flipkart Cost Rs.9582/-
We checked the product after receiving it is a damage product and called the customer service many times that is countless. But there is no reponse.
The only thing they send a techvisit person number that is also through flipkart app only we can contact them, no personal number sent by flipkart. Through flipkart app many times we called the techvisit person Bharathi and 2 members also included, they are not responding and if the attend the call 1 or 2 times they were talking badly and also they wont come directly they are saying.
This complaint about techvisit person also we informed to flipkart customer service, but they are saying only after the tech visit we will give return request for the product till date itself 27-02-2024.
We are suffering a lot and our works and time spoiled a lot. So we waited for a long time and still we are waiting and keep on calling the customer service and there is no other improvement in their answer.
Please do the needful as soon as possible.
