Text of Complaint by Neelu Singh:

We orders a 3 seater sofa from Flipkart on big billion day on 7 October costing ₹8507 we received this product on 21/10/2023 which was damaged and same day we requested a refund request on next day they sent one technician Ajay kumar who approved the return and next day they send pick-up but he come aLoan so he say he will come tomorrow and for next 3 day same thing continue they are sending single person to pick this sofa and after they cancel the return and automatically reschedule this return till 4/11/2023 and they keep on torchering us by sending one person for pick with small vehicle and they say same we will come tomorrow and we keep on complaining by mail and call and today on 30/10/2023 they cancel the return request and saying we can’t return this product and I made a return request again today and they again arange the technician visit for tomorrow they are maiing us fool by again again cancelling the product.we want our money back from Flipkart and file a case for harassment and making fool to us by not picking up this damage product.
