I have ordered a saree but received an old hoodie. Please help me. Now meesho is not accepting my return. My order id is: 728432609292_1

I would like to inform you that I ordered a kurta set from your site at 10 Oct, and I have received the parcel 14 Oct itself, and I am very much disappointed with the product. Instead of a jaipuri superior kurta , I have got a jeans and even it is torn.
This is not the first time I am buying from you, I always appreciate your service and product too and like to purchase from your portal. Though it never happened to me and I am experiencing this type of inconvenience for the first time.
We would like to ask you how is it possible, it is received to me totally different item and torn as well. When I have raised the return request so, courier boy denied for pickup my return, and my return did not picking, I am so frustrated because my problem is not solved yet. And I have raised the return request 2nd time but there is no response from your side and did not pick it up yet.
I would like to request to you kindly pickup my return and refund my money asap. It is not right behaviour with the your buyers.
Would you look the attached picture which I have received.
