Text of Complaint by Sunny Lalwani:

I purchased a fridge and received a broken fridge from flipkart on 7th of October. The delivery guy did not open it and said the installation guy will do that. Installation guy came and checked that the fridge was broken and so they closed it back stating we cant install it and this needs to go back to flipkart. We have been chasing flipkart from days now but there is no help. We call them day and night and they ask us to wait for 24-48 hours. We dont receive any call or email about the issue. My money is lost, please help.
