I ordered refurbished Motorola Moto G5s plus(4,64gb) 4/12/21 and order receive in 14/12/21 the mobile not turn on and broken below the fingerprint. Because of 7 day replacement warranty placed replacement request but product not delivered by the courier agent and after the flipkart blocked my flipkart account and give high no. of return bt i am only placed two order from my flipkart account.i want replacement of the mobile otherwise refund and unblock my flipkart account.
