Rebate amount settlement which is promised by Flipkart Staff not settled clearly in reference with our order sold in Flipkart

I have received a call from Mr.Ashruf, he introduce him as Flipkart’s Growth team manager and told me that our account is having good view in Flipkart’s buyers panel, to make more orders than the current, he told me that he will give reward codes that is unique and we can’t find it in Flipkart’s panel normally, he ask me to give offer of Rs.289 as deal price for a reward code, I told him that we don’t have much margin and if we give that price of Rs.289 we will get only Rs.221 as settlement in our account and it will be a big loss for us and I told him that we need settlement amount of Rs.260,

But he replied that it won’t be a loss because from the Flipkart side he will give reward percentage codes and he will arrange Rs.72 as rebate amount for each order, so the settlement amount will be Rs.260. Also he told me that he will arrange a unique account manager for our account on the offer time. So we accepted that offer.

We request Mr.Ashruf to give us a Tamil speaking person as account manager for our convenience.

After one day he arranged a unique account manager named Ms.Majitha Kouser to handle our account, she called us and shared promotional code with us in whatsapp. We applied the Rs.289 deal code as the instructions given by the unique account manager Ms.Majitha Kouser.

I saw the settlement amount from Flipkart’s panel after applying the deal price offer code, I created an excel sheet with a calculation that showed on Flipkart’s panel to ask how we get the settlement of Rs.260. Shared the excel file to Ms.Majitha Kouser on her whatsapp and I called her to ask about how the Flipkart’s panel settlement amount is showing low. She replied to me that the reward amount & rebate amount will be settled individually along with the bank settlement amount and told me the reward amount & rebate amount will not show on the panel. We trust her words and follow her instructions to account for growth.

When we checked the settled amount after BBD, we shocked that the amount of reward & rebate is not given, we called Mr.Ashruf he replied that it will be settled on upcoming payments, but after receiving continues settlement amount from Flipkart we found that rebate amount is not given as promised, actually we have to get around Rs.1 crore and 40 lakhs rebate as we calculated with the sold product quantity, so we called Mr.Ashruf again for the issue but he didn’t replied clearly and ask us to wait for some time because he told that he is busy on another project after that he will reply with a resolution for this issue. After waiting for a long time and trying to call Mr.Ashruf many times but he didn’t answer the call, He replied in whatsapp that we have to follow Ms.Majitha Kouser for this issue because he is quite busy with meetings in Flipkart.

We called Ms.Majitha Kouser; asked her why the promised rebate amount was not settled, she told me that she will escalate this issue with her higher officials and give us a resolution. She asked us to raise a complaint ticket towards this payment issue in the seller dashboard, we created a ticket with reference id “IN2401231334009634025”, but still we didn’t get the resolution.

We suffered a lot about this issue and keep contacting Ms.Majitha Kouser and our PAM Ms.Arpita to support us in this issue. Ms.Arpita (PAM) tried her higher officials to give us support in this issue. In the meantime we came to Bangalore to meet the higher officials to resolve this issue. So we called Mr.Ashruf when we reached Bangalore to meet him, he told us that he is in New Delhi and can’t see him, we told him that we will visit the Flipkart’s office and escalate this issue with the officials we met. Later he called us and told us that he and Ms.Majitha Kouser will come to Bangalore tomorrow to meet us.

After meeting Mr.Ashruf and Ms.Majitha Kouser on Flipkart’s campus they arranged a meeting with their RM Mr.Amarnath Sahoo in Flipkart’s office (3rd floor at C block), we explained the issue with “Mr.Amarnath (RM), Mr.Ashruf and Ms.Majitha Kouser”, Mr.Ashruf told us that the deal is for four days only and the rebate amount is settled for that days clearly, we explained that the offer is applied and it runs from Sep to Dec and told him that we sold more than 2,00,000 quantities in that period and got only 16,61,040 as MP Fee Rebate in the period of Nov to Dec, while calculating from Sep to Dec we have to get around 1crore and 44lakhs, He simply told us that it is a miscommunication and ask him RM Mr.Amarnath to give us a support in this issue. He (Mr.Amarnath) told us that he will not able to give the amount as settlement instead of that he promised to give Rs.60 extra as discount in MP Fees on upcoming orders in our other account “Hip Hop Trends” and the amount of the mentioned value will be settled within 3 months by the orders. And he told me that he will arrange Flipkart’s fashion team to handle our “Hip Hop Fashion” account to improve the orders, because we told him that the orders are very low. They all convinced us and sent us back to native.

From our creditors we struggle a lot for payment. We do not have any option to do business if we fail to get that amount settled. So please do the needful to solve this issue and give us the clear said rebate amount ASAP.
