After updating my RealMe X7 Pro 5G, a prominent green line emerged at the center of my screen. Upon reaching out to RealMe customer service, they suggested a display replacement, which they wouldn’t cover under warranty due to its expiration. This seems unjust as the issue arose post-update, for which the company should take responsibility. It’s unethical to burden the customer for a fault caused by the company. RealMe needs to consider the potential impact on sales and brand reputation in the future due to such practices.
