I purchased this product April 13 2022
After 1 month it’s volume very low with high volume ….i showed 2 times in realme center they repair on spot they give back to me its repeat same i told to them i want to replacement but they didn’t accept why because don’t have box
I have original invoice and product

I called to customer care they told
Without box also acceptable but they didn’t accept

Very bad experience realme
