Hello sir my name is MOHSIN SHAH, and my contact No is 9357868786, and my email id is mashah1388@gmail.com , I want to complain in zeel higher authority and on consumer forum too, i really hav a very bad experience with zeel. Let me describe u a full story in short. I was looking for 5xl product which i was not getting anywhere online then finally i got to see one comment below ur post dat we have 5xl js508 and our shop is in thane name as waghela stores. So i travelled all the way from santacruz to thane and buyed js508 and i asked him abt frm where ill get service the shopkeeper told me as u live in santacruz call customercare and ask ur nearest zeel service center, so after 7 days i found stitches of my raincoat coming out so i called ur zeel customer care at +91 2522 282 666 and ask them abt the nearby service center frm santacruz, one female zeel executive told me its in dadar go visit the service center and ur repair will b done and gave me the contact number of dadar +91 98332 18511 Name Rahul Bavnani , then i called him and ask whats the time and he told me the timings 12.30 to 6.30 then i visited the place they were two ladies sitting over there who really spoke to me very rudely and told me this service center is only of shopkeeper not for direct customer, then rahul bavnani told me to go up and repair. I went up and they repaired my rain coat fast fast as they were getting late and its was too crowded.then once after leaving the place when i came outside saw dat the rain coat work has not done completely, so again the next day i visited the service centwr rahul bavnani was not present those two ladies yelled me very badly rudely behaved with me and told me u cant come here go give it to ur shopkeeper and even rahul bhavnani is saying the same. I request you to plz take strict action against them.
