My misses having Airtel prepaid sim with number 9676187988.
15 days back we have received a message from airtel to update the address proof within 24 hours in nearby airtel stores.
We could not submit the details immediately due to other pressing engagements. The sim function was stopped. I have taken the adhaar proof of my misses to nearby stores. They informed that adhaar uploading process stopped and asked to come with sim holder to replace with new sim after taking the finger prints.
4 days back when we went to the stores, they informed that the sim was deactivated and the number is not available and asked us to shift to postpaid option to reactivate the sim with same number.
But, we are not interested in postpaid option and continue with the same old number with prepaid option.Please resolve.
