Vodafone suspended my mobile number 9870567256 on the pretext that I made a marketing call to airtel user Mr Kunal Sahi – 9945163544. There was a misunderstanding between complainant and me which got clarified only on 14th Nov and then the complainant has taken the complaint back and marked mails to vodafone, trai and airtel. When I visited Vodafone gallery in Pheonix Mill Lower Parel, I was informed by the store manager that the only resolution is if the complainant takes the complaint back. So i wrote a mail to complainant and clarified what had happened, post which the complainant has withdrawn the complaint. However Vodafone states that I need to connect with TRAI to get my number reactivated. I have written several mails and made many calls to Vodafone however they have just given standard responses. They have activated the number once for 15 minutes however deactivated the mobile number again. They have been unprofessional and have not been helpful at all inspite of knowing that its a personal phone number that I have been using for 13 years and is linked to all my finances.
