Text of Complaint by Clinton Louis:

I got my relaince number ported to Vodafone number 7666555545…

Due to no usage for last 56 days they disconnected the services.

The Vodafone customer care told me I can’t reactivate my card by visiting the gallery.

However the gallery people say that it cannot be recreated to prepaid but they can recreate only if i choose to go for postpaid.

I refused so and asked to give my number back but they said it’s impossible.

So I was forced to take postpaid.. which I dint wanted I had no choice cz I wanted to keep the number active and use it since it was linked with my banks and all relatives and institutions.

Firstly i was not able to use the vodaVoda services due to low network issue in my area.

Secondly I was sold something which I never wanted and forced to take postpaid which I did just to save that number.

Third if they are able to reacrete the number in postpaid so why not prepaid.

This is extry ridiculous how they forced me to go for postpaid.

I need my card to be activated in the existing prepaid plan and use the services.

The number was ported from reliance they have no right to take my number and sell it away to someone else.

I was lucky that the number was still in my name and not sold to any random person.

If they cannot reactivate in prepaid I wish to get the number back so I port somewhere else ..cz the number doesn’t belong to them and I need it back..

Just cz it’s a fancy number which is worth good in the market Vodafone was planning to discontinue my services and sell the number in the market and make money.

As the number is now active in postpaid I wish to change that in oreoaip just like the way it was cz I was misild and forced to buy a postpaid plan.
