I had a call with the customer care department for validity recharge. I was told to recharge for Rs. 509/- which i did. Not after that i got a message again to do a recharge of Rs. 35/- to continue which I did. Butstill balance has been deducted from end.
I tried reaching customer care at 119 twice but they said server down. My balance has also been deducted and i have no idea. The customer care gave me wrong information due to which this has disturbed me. 8698783322
