I have ordered a gift card on dater 30th Dec’24 to order something and now almost 2 days gone still i have not received it..???
I failed to understand what’s the issue??1st time i buy the gift card for my experience but it is very disappointing exp which i have faced with flipkart.
When i have called on customer support, i had a conversation with an escalation desk agent who is not understanding my situation at all. I told him that i have my flight on 3rd and i am leaving somewhere so if i get the gift card today i will get the order tomorrow but he fellow guy arguing with me stating that ihave to wait for next 24 hrs?? When repeatedly ask him tranfer the call to your managers he continuously denying statinf that this is the final escalation desk..
I justwant to confirn if customer is not satisfied with the resolution and he is using all the sentiments also threats that about escalation to CEO, consumer court
Tls and managers are not able to take calls?????????????
Agent indirectly telling ‘Iske aage kuchni ho skta, do whatever tou want??
Also he used the word we are 3rdparty vendor’s for flipkart and all?? Why heis sharing flipkart confidential information with me?? If it is 3rd party vendor what shld i do?? Im talking with flipkart at that point of time..
Dont take any action on him just taught him how to talk Withe customers and how to priorities the customers urgency…
Since i hav nt received any resolution i have wrote thisemail, i want the gift card details in next 1hr otherwise please give me refund.
Again I’m Reprimanding i dont want same reply on mail stating that we have escalated yr issue..
I wnt the resolution only… That’s it.
