This is really frustrating and more than irritating that after 5-6 times calling on your Amazon customer service team the return pick up is not arranged yet.
None of the delivery person even contacted me for the return pick up and I am suffering badly in between.
Every time I get an assurance that the product will be picked in 24-48 hours otherwise the money will be refunded in my original payment account.
This is the worst I have ever faced from an online shopping site.
Now, I need my money back in my original payment account in 24-48 hours without any extended time.
Otherwise I will be forced to file a suit against Amazon India for the customer cheating and mental harassment with the fine over and above the original amount.
Looking forward to your immediate and favorable action.
