To the Respected Authority,
Im Nikhil Gangadharan. A citizen of India. I booked a spicejet flight ticket from Kochi to Dubai through make mytrip on 09/12/2020. The PNR number is QD52HG. The flight date was 27/02/2021. Then spicejet changed the arrival airport from Dubai International Airport to Raz Al Khaima International Airport. Then unfortunately on 13/02/2021, i got a message showing my flight got cancelled.
When i contacted spicejet, they confirmed it. Also they mentioned money is refunded to the agent, ie makemytrip. But i did not received any refund from makemytrip. It only shows refund request in process. I also tried to contact a human customer service agent via their helpline, but failed miserably
When i googled the customer reviews of makemytrip, i found out so many complaints, which did not received refund. I am afraid they will not give the refund for which i payed in AED, AED 422. (I booked from UAE)
I want that money, because the hardship i have gone through for making that money, i only knows. I dont want to waste my hard earned money to some corporate’s hand for the service i have not received.
I request the consumercourt to please look into this issue as soon as possible and to help me get that refund of AED 422 from makemytrip at the earliest.
