Text of Complaint by Rashmi Tigga:

I had requested for relocation of my Airtel DTH since I moved from Bangalore to Raipur. I have been calling them since Monday 8.07.19 for reinstallation but till today 13.07.19 no engineer has approached or contacted me for the service. My DTH pack is recharged already and is ongoing. They are unnecessarily delaying the process and my balance in Airtel package is reducing day by day. I’m not able to watch/use TV but my recharge pack is getting consumed and the balance is reducing everyday. Everytime I get to hear the same line that tomorrow, the next day engineer will be fixed for my new address. It’s like cheating your customers because we have been using Airtel since 10 years and their customer service is pathetic. I have been waiting for my issue to be resolved since a week now. Now in another 10 days my recharge will get over. It’s like paying money without getting service. The executives are useless and they simply address your call without any intention to follow up and resolve the issue. I just receive a message about my request being registered but furthur no action takes place.
